$8 glasses update

Yesterday I received my glasses from Zenni optical. I am a very happy camper! The fit is perfect & they look great. I would wholeheartedly recommend this site. so if any of you need glasses, this is the place to go.
I just received my glasses a few days ago, and I also recommend them. I can tell the frames aren't the same quality as my $180 ones, but they're definitely a steal for $8.
^_^ i cant wait to purchase more frames from them. i'm waiting until august to see if my prescription has changed. im still enthralled with my first purchase from them.
Whats this? $8 glasses??? I'm in desparate need of new glasses but really can't afford them for a while. How does it work?
You need to have a prescription or at least know you eyewear prescription. The site is here. Shipping is $4.95 no matter how many pairs you buy. They include a case and cleaning cloth with every pair.
Yay! I was just thinking about you the other day and the previous post talking about buying them. I'm so glad it worked out cause I think I'm going to try to get some. I have a pair that's still fine for occasional use, but I'd love to have another pair or two to mix in.
So worth it. I like being able to match my outfits when I don;t want to wear contacts
oh I really like those pink frames. I'd have to spring for a high index lenses though.(extra $37.) Still at under 4100 that's a goo deal.
Glad it worked out! :)

I love mine. I want to get more frames so I can have different styles. I also need to get sunglasses so I don't have to put my contacts in just to drive to the store on a sunny day.
Yup, that's my next purchase. I hate doing the sunglasses switch & I keep losing clips. At this price I can get a few pairs of sunglasses and be good to go.
Holy cow! Rimless glasses with polarized sunshade for 23.95? I paid like $400.00 for mine! I will definitely have to give this a go.

I wonder how they even pull those prices off.
the same way starbucks sells a 5 cent cup of coffee for $1.85...you pay for the brand name and the advertising.
Do any of you who have ordered from Zenni have any input on the fit, sizing, and getting the right size and shape for your face?

I've been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old, so I know what shape frame fits my face. You could google for sites that let you try on glasses virtually. Personally if I was unsure I would go to a regular brick and mortar eye glass store and try on a few pair to get an idea of what looks good on you. Then just order a similar pair from Zenni.
This sounds fabulous.
How snug are the glasses? Here's the thing, though, I have a large head - finding sunglasses, glasses and hats that don't give me a headache is a challenge. When I got my current glasses, I had them bend the ear hooks [?] out again and again... they have a tendency to slip off my nose, but don't touch my temples...
Thank you so much for posting this! I just scheduled myself an eye exam. I'm 19 and haven't had glasses since I was 16, and I have HORRIBLE vision. I finally have a job where I can afford to schedule myself a new exam and everything. Have you ever had to send any back, and were they okay about it
